Weddings are not very hard to organize, if you know how to do it the smart way. For example, if you try to find sites which provide a full range of wedding services and products, you can save a lot of time. Besides, you could also get some discounts for volume.
Let’s take a Toronto Wedding, for instance: if you make use of an online guide like The Perfect Wedding Guide, you can find a wide range of suppliers and products in the same place. You can get even some Toronto wedding bands online. Why not? If you know the size, and you can see the models online, you can order them safely from your home directly. In this guide I’m telling you about, there are three suppliers of weeding bands listed, and two of them have their own websites where you can study the models.
What’s a wedding without a wedding cake? Impossible, isn’t it? At the wedding cake Toronto section, you’ll find several suppliers, plus some chocolate fountains, which are the latest fashion when it comes to parties like weddings and such.
The Perfect Wedding Guide is very well structured, the directory has relevant and detailed categories, thus providing a fast search possibility. It is an useful resource, not only for the brides to be in Toronto, but also for wedding agencies, which can either find suppliers for various items, or get listed so the future brides will find them in the directory.
For people who actually want to see before they buy, the guide has a comprehensive list of all bridal shows in Canada, with the possibility to filter them by region.

Tip! Share your technical knowledge and make connections with other wedding photographers.
Wedding planning isn’t an easy task. A wedding is an incredibly complicated undertaking - unless you plan to elope or just go downtown to the justice of the peace. For a relatively large, traditional wedding there are many activities and events that you’ll need to track to keep the wedding on schedule.
Now there are people who actually choose to become experts in wedding planning. That’s what they do - day after day. While hiring someone to help you with your wedding can be the perfect solution, it’s not always feasible. A professional wedding planner may charge as much as 10% of the cost of the wedding. For many couples this extra charge is quite sufficient for them to take over their wedding planning themselves. Now there is plenty of software available that can help make this decision a smart one.
In looking at wedding planning software, one feature you definitely want is a calendar. Remember that this is not just a function for keeping track of dates. Your planning software should allow you to set notifications for important events. Wedding planning software usually uses E-mail reminders. And if your mobile telephone has a text-messaging feature, the ability to receive e-mail reminders on your cell phone is a great benefit.
Since wedding planning includes a significant number of tasks, being able to coordinate these tasks is essential in a wedding planning software program. After sending out your wedding invitations, you should be able to easily track who has responded and who hasn’t.
Tip! The Devil is in the Details: All of the extras such as the cake, flowers, decorations, music, and guest favors can break the bank and create a lot of work for the bride. You need to simplify in this area because most of these details are not remembered and sometimes add little to the wedding.
Also your tasks aren’t limited to your wedding ceremony. There are also specific tasks that are associated with the wedding reception which you also must track. Since a seating plan is the norm for a wedding reception, your wedding planning software should help you track the seating arrangements. Also think about gifts. No doubt, you’ll receive many gifts from friends and family. Tracking those gifts so you can send a thank you card is a very handy feature.
Tip! Don’t neglect the business aspect of wedding photography. Learn to manage your business effectively.
Along with scheduling and tracking, wedding planning involves money and budgeting. You really don’t need anything as complicated as QuickBooks or PeachTree, but you do want to be able to monitor your spending so that you don’t end up broke before the ceremony.
Tip! Keep within your financial limits. Budget your wedding.
Another advantage of some wedding planning software is that it allows you to create custom stationary to use for your wedding. This can be a useful overall plus because it can save you a bundle of money. A software program with this feature will usually contain templates that you can use as a guide for creating invitations and any other stationary you might need for your wedding.
Tip! Don’t be shy about speaking up for yourselves. This is your wedding.
The best way to look for wedding planning software is to do a search on Google. You’ll find a variety of options from free online services to low priced online to dedicated software that runs on your PC such as Smart Wedding. You must compare features carefully - free is not always best, so be careful and do some thinking about just what you need and just what you want to do with the software. No matter which wedding planning solution you choose, it’ll make your wedding a lot easier.
Tip! Learn photography before anything else. A wedding photographer is expected to be a master of the craft.

Selecting the wedding location can be one of the most challenging tasks a bride to be has to overcome. Why? Because you’ll have to search for the place long before you can send out your invitations, so you won’t know exactly how many guests you are going to have. Then, there are a few periods which are preferred by most of the couples, and the good locations must be booked with many months in advance. Then, supposing you have a 9 to 5 job, you’ll be able to search for places only during weekends.
Luckily you can save some time by filtering possible locations directly from your home, from internet. Should you be looking for Wisconsin banquet halls, you could stop by Davians. Amongst other events, they are happy to host and organize wedding ceremonies, including menus, decorations and full event coordination. In order to make it easier for you to decide what you want, they have a big choice of wedding packages, or customized wedding themes, in case you wish to be original. The packages are very detailed, with menu and costs (estimated according to various numbers of guests), so you can budget your wedding long before you actually go to see the locations.
If you like what you see on their website, the staff at Davians invites you for an Open house tour, which takes place every Tuesday, at 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm. You don’t need any appointment. All future brides are welcome.
How do you choose your wedding location?

Your best friend from college is getting married. You’re the maid of honor. You’re thinking there is no way you’re going to get her a toaster or blender. Why not make her a bridal shower scrapbook?
Once the invitations are chosen, save one, completely filled out to put at the beginning of the scrapbook. When you send out the invitations, ask each guest to mail you one photo of the bride with the guest, along with a few sentences about how they know the bride, or a special moment they’ve shared with the bride. Another option is to have paper and pens available at the shower and have all of the guests write their thoughts while at the shower. For those guests who can not attend, it’s wonderful to have their photos and thoughts also. Since you want the paper to be acid free and lignin free, consider mailing the paper with the invitations.
Did the bride register at a particular store? Go to the store and take photos of the store, from the outside. If the bride goes with you, take photos of the bride standing outside of the store. If the store has a catalog, take a photo of the store catalog.
If the shower is held in a reception room, take several pictures before your guests arrive. If the shower is held in someone’s home, take photos of the outside of the house. Then take some photos of the decorated room prior to everyone arriving.
Are you serving food? If it’s prepared ahead of time, take photos of the table with all of the food on it. Did guests bring the food? If so, provide them with paper to write down the recipe, which you can then include in the scrapbook you are making.
When the bride begins opening her gifts, try to take one photo of each gift. Jot down who gave her the gift and try to include a photo of the guest on the same page as the gift photo from that person. Make a point of getting at least one photo of each guest in attendance.
If you play any type of games that involve writing, try to use acid free, lignin free paper so that you can include the game sheets in the scrapbook.
If the bride has thank you notes, include a blank thank you note in the scrapbook, so that she’ll have the memory of what notes she used.
Using all of the above suggestions, you can create a very special memory for the bride to be and I guarantee that the bride will appreciate this scrapbook much more than a toaster or blender.

How cool would it be to get married to the girl of your dreams, then never have to go to work again, so you have more time to spend with your beloved one and with your family (supposing that children will enter the equation pretty soon after the wedding).
Some people say it is possible to live on your investments. Yes, but in order to have investments, first you got to have the money to invest, and second, you need to know how to do it. One of the multiple ways of investing are real estate trust deeds, with 11% to 14% annual interest. Tip! Participate in wedding photography image competitions. It will give you the opportunity to have your work evaluated by peers and the motivation to improve your work quality.
One of the funniest and most outrageous comedies of 2005, Wedding Crashers will have you falling out of your chair with laughter. Directed by the underrated David Dobkin, the film features now veteran Hollywood funny men Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn in their first film together as the central headliners. TV writers Steve Faber and Bob Fisher author the screenplay, a breakout hit for both, that has to be considered one of the best written comedies of the year. Of course, it helps to have the perfect comic duo delivering the lines, and Wedding Crashers offers just that. The onscreen personas of Vaughn and Wilson compliment each other extremely well, providing a flux between the laid back approach of Wilson and the fast talking banter of Vaughn.
Tip! Keep loose data like wedding receipts together with an accordion folder. This is a paper or plastic enclosed file holder with pockets.
Wedding Crashers follows the lives of two business partners and best friends, John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) and Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn). Making their living as divorce counselors, they often mediate between warring couples. But in reality, neither man is married himself. They are, however, loyally dedicated to a set of principles: the wedding crasher rules. Adhering to a specific set of intricately engineered rules for crashing weddings, John and Jeremy share a common passion for wedding receptions and carefree bridesmaids.
When the new wedding season arrives, the two set out in earnest to schmooze with relatives, deliver masterful toasts, and conquer as many beautiful women as possible. No race, religion, or social caste is left untouched by their elite wedding crashing skills. But as the wedding season comes to a close with the ultimate crescendo, the wedding of Treasury Secretary William Cleary’s (Christopher Walken) daughter, the duo’s perfectly laid plans go awry. While chasing after the Secretary’s remaining two daughters, Claire (Rachel McAdams) and Gloria (Isla Fisher), the unthinkable occurs. John breaks a rule by harboring genuine feelings for Claire.
Tip! Build a relationship with your photographer: You will get back from your wedding photography experience what you put into it. If you click and really get along with your photographer your formal images will be better.
Things are further exacerbated when John breaks another rule and accepts an invitation to spend the weekend with the Cleary family so he can get closer to Claire. Masquerading as distant relatives, John must fend off the advances of Claire’s mother Kathleen (Jane Seymour) while also attempting to eliminate Claire’s pompous boyfriend Zach (Bradley Cooper). Meanwhile, Jeremy is tortured by an extended weekend with the clingy and borderline insane Gloria and her crazy brother Todd (Keir O’Donnell). As John gets closer to falling in love with Claire, Zach gets closer to blowing the lid off their wedding crasher conspiracy…
Utterly hilarious in every way, Wedding Crashers features some of the funniest movie scenes of 2005. A brief appearance by Will Ferrell who plays the role of Chazz Reinhold, one of the original wedding crashers, makes the film doubly hilarious. Apparently, Chazz has discovered that grieving women at funerals are easier to pick up than bridesmaids. So, of course, he turns to funeral crashing. The comic sequence where Vince Vaughn gets demolished playing football is ancient slapstick, but hilarious nonetheless. Isla Fisher can be annoying at times, but her character is so ridiculously insane that it become funny to watch her after a while, and some of the pick-up lines and wedding crasher techniques are just as entertaining. Overall, Wedding Crashers is a film you’ll probably want to watch more than once. If anything, just to catch the laughs you missed the first time around…
Tip! Maintain a to-do list for the major wedding-related jobs. If you use Outlook, this is easy to put together and print out with their Taskpad, along with percentage completion.

I’m sure you’ve seen in so many movies how the main heroes, after their wedding, leave the place in a big, white limo, branded with “Just Married” and decorated with a long tail of empty cans.
Well, leaving aside the cans, you don’t need to buy a limo, in order to make this image become reality at your wedding. Limo rentals are just perfect for the day, and you’ll have photos and memories for the rest of your life.
Imagine only if you had a theme wedding which supposes that you marry in an exotic place, and you have to go there by plane. You’ll need a limo to take you to the airport and another one to wait for you at destination. In order to make sure that you have a JFK car service to rent you a limo that day, you need to book it in advance. If you haven’t used such services before, you could start by taking a look at the website of Allstate Car and Limousine, where you can find all kinds of limos, plus you can make your booking online. This service is operating in New York and New Jersey and they have a fleet of over 150 late model Lincoln Town and Cadillac Broughams. The customer service department claims to have a proactive approach, so they may be able to customize your trip according to your requirements.
Besides, if you are lucky to catch one of their promotions, you might obtain convenient prices.

Tip! They would review your music requests and make sure they have all your key songs. Many DJs will prepare a working CD with all your selected songs on it to even further make sure there are no issues on the day of your wedding.
1. Myth: Digital photos are pixilated or fuzzy. Reality: most people that say that have never seen a photo produced by a professional grade digital camera. The quality of modern digital cameras is equal of greater than film cameras.
Tip! It is YOUR wedding. It reflects YOU.
2. Myth: Digital photos don’t last they will fade in a couple of years. Reality: Only the photo capture part is digital. The printing is done using traditional photo paper on the same paper and chemistry used to print film photos. So, both will last the same.
3. Myth: Digital colors are muddy. Reality: Only if they are produced with cheap, low quality cameras and/or the photographer doesn’t know how to adjust them and process them for printing
4. Myth: Digital photos are dangerous; the photographer can lose your photos.
Reality: Nowadays most photos are stored using Flash Cards that is one of the most reliable forms of digital storage. After the wedding the photos are downloaded to the computer and additional backups are created on CD or DVD allowing several copies of the same event to reside on different locations. In the case that photos are accidentally deleted they can be recovered using software. With film there is only one copy. It is not uncommon for the photo labs to lose the film, damage it in the printing machine, process it in the wrong chemistry, scratch it, etc. Film also can be damaged in camera, be fogged, damaged by X-rays at the airport, suffer color changes due to heat or age etc.
Tip! You have more options when choosing a landscape. You many only have a few churches or community centers to choose from in your area; when you decide on a traditional indoor wedding but an outdoor wedding has an almost unlimited amount of venues to choose from.
5. Myth: Digital photos lack detail. Reality: Only if they are produced with cheap, low quality cameras. It is not unusual for us to produce 30×40 inch prints from our professional grade cameras with stunning detail.
6. Myth: Digital is cheaper because there is no film. Reality: Professional grade digital cameras and lens are very expensive. In addition the professional photographer has to invest on computer equipment and software to process the photos.
7. Myth: I got a digital camera that takes great photos now I can start a career as a wedding photographer. Reality: Wedding photography requires that you have artistic talent and that you learn photography including composition, lighting, etc. A wedding is an uncontrolled event that requires technical and artistic skill. It is not the place to learn photography.
8. Myth: I don’t have to take care when I take photos anymore I can fix it later in Photoshop or other photo-editing program. Reality: Garbage in and garbage out. There is no fix for badly composed photos, out of focus, bad lighting, etc.
Tip! You can feel more relaxed on your wedding day, because natural surroundings often brings an air of casual elegance. Bring a feel of comfort to friends and family in an open and free environment that surrounds an outdoor wedding and you.
9. Myth: Digital photography is easy now I don’t need a professional wedding photographer. Reality: If you trust your wedding memories to somebody who doesn’t have the professional skills you are likely to be sorry or disappointed.
10. Myth: I am afraid that the photographer will do weird effects. Reality: the purpose of the editing software is to enhance the quality of the photos. It is not a license to create weird stuff. Talk to your photographer about your expectations.
11. Myth: Digital will never be better than or equal to film. Reality: Digital cameras are equal or better than film in terms of resolution color fidelity etc. and far superior in low light situations. The “film look” can be easily emulated using digital imaging processing techniques.
Tip! Buy a pretty notebook, or even a nice blank book. If you have everything wedding-related written down in the same place, it’s hard to lose bits or forget details.
12. Myth: I got a bigger fancier camera with more megapixels than your so my photos will be better than yours. Reality: Unless you have the technical and artistic skill the camera that you use will have minimal impact on the quality of the photos that you produce. A great camera in the right hands will produce great results. Some of the greatest photos in history were produced using mechanical cameras.
