this tulle was purchased to use as decoration for our wedding. the packaging was not the best, it came wrapped in a black garbage bag with tape holding the bag in place. the good things about it though, was that it is very light, it can be held by three fingers, so this definitely decreased the fees we had to pay, also, the tulle is firm and the color is just as pictured, there were no rips or damage to it and it will do it’s intended job beautifully.
