The Godmother is usually eclipsed at the wedding ceremony by the bride. Of course the bride is the center of attention, and it is normal to be like this, because it’s her wedding, the guests are her friends, relatives or acquaintances, so she will shine and glow for them.

But there is always a Godmother in the shadow of the bride, and if she doesn’t look glamorous too, everybody would notice her and they would comment about how ugly she was, or how her shoes didn’t match her dress.Thus it is very important that also the Godmother looks gorgeous, that she pays attention to all details, so she can go unnoticed.
